COVID-19 Safety Guidelines and Agreement:
a) A parent or guardian will be required to complete and sign a SU Household Covid-19 Checklist for Contacts and Symptoms on arrival at camp.
b) No registered participant is to attend camp if they have tested positive to Covid-19 within the previous seven days.
c) Registered participants are to advise SU on arrival at camp if they have been identified as either a household or social contact of a person who has tested positive Covid-19 within the previous seven days. Participants who test negative on the day camp is to commence are able to attend camp and Victorian Health Department testing and mask recommendations will be followed for the remainder of the seven day period
d) No registered participant is to attend camp if they or someone in their house is awaiting COVID-19 test results. When a result is received, participants are welcome to then attend camp and must declare on arrival if they are now a household contact of a positive Covid-19 case.
e) Any registered participant displaying symptoms of Covid-19 on the day camp is to commence should be tested for Covid-19 and return a negative test before attending camp.
f) You agree to get in contact with SU in the case where:
- A registered participant is identified as a household contact within seven days of the commencement date of the camp, OR
- A registered participant is identified as a social contact within seven days of the commencement date of the camp
g) If a camper test positive to Covid-19 during the camp, this will be managed by SU's Covid Response Plan which is based on current Victorian Department of Health Guidelines.
h) SU activities and facilities will follow Victorian Department of Health guidelines in regards to hygiene practices, social distancing and cleaning.
SU will continue to follow Victorian Department of Health Advice in responding to the risk of Covid-19. SU guidelines will be updated in-line with any changes in Covid Safety requirements and this information may be subject to change.
