Young Adults Camp Reflections
SU Young Adults Camp at Camp Coolamatong was the best camp I’ve ever been on. Our small group of young adult campers—people who have been on SU camps before, or directed SU programs—spent the week at Coolamatong together as a community.
There aren’t many spaces like this for young adults. We had one young adult camper who hasn’t been a part of a church. He’s had a bit of a rough time recently. After camp, he’s looking for ways to connect with other young adults throughout the year. He’s even considering an internship at Coolamatong! Everybody came away from camp having experienced and enjoyed a faith community, all while having a brilliant time in a beautiful place.
