Sarah Carew
Hi, my name is Sarah and I started at Scripture Union Dec O8.
Previously I’ve worked as a primary teacher (fun), swimming teacher (good), gym teacher (so-so) and postal clerk (disastrous). However teaching English (variously in China, Bangladesh and Melbourne) and the book trade (Secular and Christian) have been my favorite occupations.
I entered Whitley College in 2005, suspicious of God and aware of the dangerous brittleness of my faith. Four years later I moved on, ready to serve God and knowing why I was happy to be a follower of Jesus. It was a fantastic journey.
I am thoroughly enjoying being at Scripture Union in the book room. Great people, great resources and a great combination my two favorite things -faith and books!
