Like much of Hirsch’s work, this should be essential reading for Christians and church groups, to show a view of Church that may be far closer to the way of Jesus than current Western Christianity.

Originally written in 2000 by The Arbinger Institute, this book is still in demand (this being the revised edition) and recommended reading by Mavis Payne. Many leaders sabotage their own their own effectiveness by being blind to their true motivations.
