Personal Leadership
Directing is about leading out of who you are in Christ, being aware of your leadership style, drawing a team together around your mission goals and facilitating others’ leadership as you work together in mission. As an SU Director we suggest you find a leadership coach and/or a mentor to help you grow in Godly leadership, and that you set personal leadership goals to evaluate your growth, strength and weaknesses. Training Events for Directors and Core Team will include some focus on setting goals for mission and personal leadership.
